This Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Assignment No. 2 (hereinafter referred to as “Assignment No. 2” or “Assignment”) is entered into by and between the Texas Facilities Commission (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”) and Parkhill, Smith and Cooper, Inc., dba Parkhill (hereinafter referred to as “PSP”) (TFC and PSP are hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as “Parties”), to be subject to the terms and conditions of the underlying TFC IDIQ Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), and the following.
