Set forth below are the standard terms and conditions (“T&C’s”) which shall be integrated into and become part of each Data Acquisition and Use Agreement (“Agreement”) entered into between ADARA Media, Limited, an Irish company with its principal office located at 48 Mount Street Upper, Dublin 2, Ireland (“ADARA Media”), and a data provider (“Data Provider”) who will provide access to Data Provider’s or other websites (“Website(s)”), and/or provide other sources of data, to allow ADARA Media, through the application of its parent corporation’s (ADARA, Inc., a United States corporation organized under the laws of California (“ADARA”)) proprietary Platform and ADARA IP (as those terms are defined below) to collect, organize and interpret Data Provider Data (as defined below) from Visitors (as defined below) to provide Services to Customers (as defined below) of ADARA Media or ADARA.
