The Controller uses the Fleet Charging Services in accordance with the Fleet Charging Services Agreement. The Processor is a service provider in the electric mobility business with innovative and end-to-end solutions for charging electric vehicles. The Controller assigns the Processor with the Processing of Personal Data on behalf of the Controller within the meaning of Art. 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EC (“GDPR”).
