This Accession Agreement on current account opening in the card database and corporate card service (hereinafter the “Agreement”), consistent with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the internal documents, shall regulate the relationship between the Customer and JSC Halyk Bank hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
