This HIPAA Business Associate Addendum (this “BAA”) is part of the Standard Contract for AWS Marketplace (the “Standard Contract”) between a Buyer and a Licensor and governs the creation, receipt, maintenance, or transmission of Protected Health Information on Buyer’s behalf. Each of the Standard Contract and the or the Data Subscription Agreement is a Standardized Contract. Each Seller and each Licensor is a Supplier.
