AGREEMENT BETWEEN OWNER AND ARCHITECT/ENGINEERDecember 14th, 2022
The project scope will include upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, security, and building envelope systems along with finish upgrades and renovation and remodeling of select spaces. The scope of work shall be divided into three separate phases: The project Analysis Phase; Construction Documentation and Specification Phase; and Construction Administration Phase. Proposed is the fee for the Project Analysis Phase with the full fee to be submitted once the project scope is fully determined. (hereinafter, the “Scope of Work”). Exhibits A through D, further defining the Scope of Work, are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
