Khoshaba, managing member of KSA Capital (“Mr. Khoshaba”), and KSA Capital Master Fund, Ltd., an exempted company incorporated and existing under the laws of the Cayman Islands (“KSA Capital Fund” and, together with KSA Capital and Mr. Khoshaba, the “KSA Group”).
