This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is made and entered into as of the date set forth below, between the City of Arvada, a Colorado home rule municipal corporation (the “City”), the Regional Transportation District (“RTD”), a political subdivision of the State of Colorado organized pursuant to C.R.S. § 32-9-101 et seq., and the Arvada Urban Renewal Authority, an independent body, corporate and politic under the State of Colorado law (“AURA”). Each may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Partner Agency” and collectively as the “Partner Agencies.”
