AxonIQ B.V., a Dutch corporation having its registered office at Lange Viestraat 2b, 3511 BK Utrecht, The Netherlands (“AXONIQ” ) is willing to grant you as the company or the legal entity that will use this trial license (“LICENSEE”) the right to access and use its software AxonIQ Server Enterprise Edition (the “Software ”) if You agree to these End User Trial License Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) . If You wish to use the Software on behalf or for the benefit of your employer, by accepting this License You do so on Your own behalf as well as that of Your employer, and You warrant and represent that You have authority to do so. You acknowledge that You have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by it. If You do not agree to any of the terms below, AXONIQ is unwilling to license the Software to You, You are not authorized to download or use it for any purpose.
