This agreement shall be known as the BVCI Pty Ltd Collective Agreement 2007July 23rd, 2008
This agreement shall apply to all employees of BVCI Pty Ltd who are employed at the company’s 2 factories / manufacturing plants at Carngham Road, Ballarat and who are engaged in activities included in the classification structure included in this agreement. To avoid doubt, it does not apply to Despatch or Inward Goods staff, Drivers, or Admin staff.
