This Interlocal Agreement is made by and between the City of San Angelo, Texas, a home rule city located within Tom Green County, Texas ("City") and Tom Green County, Texas, a political subdivision of the State of Texas ("County), and is authorized under Chapter 242 of the Texas Local Government Code. This Agreement supersedes and replaces the Interlocal Agreement Providing for Subdivision Regulation Within the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of the City, effective April 1, 2014,delegating authority for regulation of subdivision plats within designated portions of the City's extraterritorial jurisdiction to the City, approved by the Tom Green County Commissioners Court on April 1st of 2014.and approved by the City Council for the City of San Angelo on March 18th, 2014.
