If Partner is located in (i) the Americas, the Agreement is concluded with XebiaLabs, Inc., (ii) the United Kingdom the Agreement is concluded with XebiaLabs, Ltd., (iii) France the Agreement is concluded with XebiaLabs Sarl and (iv) the rest of the world the Agreement is concluded with XebiaLabs B.V.
