SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT ACUERDO DE PATROCINIO This Sponsorship Agreement (“Agreement”), entered into as of 4th October 2023 (“Effective Date”), is by and between Amarin Switzerland GmbH Sucursal Espana, with an office located at Príncipe de Vergara 112, 4st floor, 28002 Madrid, Spain (“AMARIN”), and General University Hospital Foundation Investigation of Valencia, with an office located at Av. Tres Cruces nº 2, 46014, Valencia, Spain. (“SPONSEE”). AMARIN and SPONSEE are each referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” El presente Acuerdo de Patrocinio (en adelante, el “Acuerdo”), suscrito el 4 de octubre del 2023 (en adelante, la “Fecha de Entrada en Vigor”), se celebra entre Amarin Switzerland GmbH Sucursal Espana, con sede en Príncipe de Vergara 112, 4st floor, 28002 Madrid, Spain (en adelante, “AMARIN”), y Fundación Investigación Hospital General Universitario de Valencia con sede en Av. Tres Cruces nº 2, 46014, Valencia, España (en adelante, el “PATROCINADO”).
