PROPOSED ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE DELIVERY OF HOUSING PLANNED MAINTENANCE SERVICES AND CAPITAL WORKS BY LAMPTON 360 LTD.Service Agreement • April 15th, 2016
This service agreement and obligations shall take full effect from the commencement date 1 April 2017 and shall continue for a period of five (5) years. Subject to a satisfactory completion of a full review of service and delivery performance and compliance requirements, which shall be carried out in the first quarter of the fifth year, the agreement should be extended for a further five (5) years.
