THIS INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT is made and effective as of the below "Effective Date" by and between Intuit Inc. (including its subsidiaries, affiliates and Enterprise Members, as defined in the Standard Terms and Conditions), a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business located at 2535 Garcia Avenue, Mountain View, CA 94043 (“Intuit”) and the below Contractor (including for all purposes of this Agreement any employees and/or subcontractors of Contractor) (“Contractor”). This Independent Contractor Agreement, including the attached Standard Terms and Conditions, and any Statement of Work entered into from time to time (as defined in the Standard Terms and Conditions), collectively, constitute the "Agreement" as that term is used herein.
