Contract Type FiledAugust 26th, 2020This Second Amendment to the Crescent Leander Development and Reimburseme nt Agreement (the “Amendment”) is made, entered into and effective as of , 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by the City of Leander, Texas, a home rule municipality (the “City”); the Leander Development Authority, a non-profit corporation formed pursuant to Subchapter D, Chapter 431, Texas Transportation Code (the “Authority”); Bryson MPC Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Developer”); and Reinvestment Zone Number One, City of Leander, Texas, a tax increment reinvestment zone created pursuant to Chapter 311, Texas Tax Code (the “Zone”). The City, the Developer, the Authority and the Zone are herein referred to together as the “Parties”.
