This Licenced Operating Agreement is to be read and interpreted in conjunction with the National Program Operating Terms and Conditions (Standard Terms) a copy of which has been provided to the Program Provider. The Standard Terms and this Licenced Operating Agreement together form the binding agreement between Council On The Ageing (Tas) Inc (also referred to as COTA Tasmania in this Agreement) and the Program Provider to deliver the Strength for Life program described in this Licenced Operating Agreement.
