This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between plaintiff Miguel A. Vigil Ruiz (“Plaintiff”) and defendant The De Ruosi Group, LLC dba DeRuosi Nut (“DeRuosi”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiff and DeRuosi collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
