This Wire Transfer and Funds Transfer Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms under which you (customer) may transfer funds between or from accounts held at Western Alliance Bank an affiliate of Western Alliance Bancorporation (“WAL Affiliate”). For purposes of this Agreement, each and all of the depositors are referred to as “customer”, “you” and “your”; Western Alliance Bank, is referred to as “Financial Institution” and “Bank”.
