This agreement serves as authorization for the group organizer to sell the cruise fares on this agreement. The agreement constitutes a promotional concession and does not guarantee the availability of space unless otherwise noted. Increasing allocations to enable sales in one category may result in a corresponding decrease of space in another category in order to maintain the same total number of staterooms provided. All general terms and conditions that appear in the most recent Oceania Cruises brochures apply in conjunction with this, or any revised Group Sales Agreement, and all guests are subject to the terms and conditions of the passenger ticket contract, a copy of which is available online at www.OceaniaCruises.com. Group pricing, promotions and amenities may not be combinable with any other promotion or amenity including the American Express Platinum Cruise Privileges Program.
