This Longbow Industries Economic Incentive and Performance Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2017, by and between the LOVELAND URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY, a body corporate and politic established pursuant to C.R.S. §31-25-101, et seq. (“LURA”); LONGBOW INDUSTRIES, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Longbow”); and L.P.R. CONSTRUCTION CO. LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“LPR”) (LURA, Longbow and LPR are individually referred to as a “party” and collectively as the “parties”).
