Pursuant to Section 205 of the Federal Power Act,1 Part 35 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (“Commission”) regulations,2 and Order No. 2006,3 ISO New England Inc.4 (the “ISO”) and Northeast Utilities Service Company (“NUSCO”), on behalf of its affiliate Western Massachusetts Electric Company (“WMECO”), (together, “Filing Parties”)5 hereby submit for filing a non-conforming Small Generator Interconnection Agreement by and among the ISO as System Operator, WMECO as the Interconnecting Transmission Owner, and
