The Agreement will contribute to the achievement of the outcomes that a) all children are engaged in, and benefit from schooling, b) meet basic literacy and numeracy standards and that levels of achievement are improving, c) Australian students excel by international standards, d) schooling promotes the social inclusion and reduces the educational disadvantage of children, especially Indigenous children
