INSTITUTE, and all the foregoing entities’ parents, successors, assigns, affiliates and past, present and future directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants, advisors and other representatives of any kind (hereinafter collectively “Defendants”), their officers, directors, employees, insurers, lawyers, predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, assigns, representatives, agents, trade associations or any other institutions and entities involved in the development, manufacture, sale, marketing, or distribution of the prescription drug PREPULSID® used by RELEASOR at any time, as well as any physicians or healthcare professionals prescribing PREPULSID® to the RELEASOR (all of the foregoing being hereinafter collectively referred to as the “RELEASEES”).
