This Amended Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between plaintiff Erika Nunez, an individual, on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated (“Plaintiff”) and defendant Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (“Ansible”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiff and Ansible collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
