This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the existing agreement(s) between Customer and Advanced Systems Concepts, Inc. (“ASCI”), and/or other written or electronic agreement for the purchase of Software and/or Services provided by ASCI (the “Agreement”) to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data of Customer, in accordance with the re- quirements of Data Protection Laws. The Effective Date of this DPA is May 25, 2018. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set out in the Agreement.
