DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (including any Orders, this "Agreement") is an agreement between VIP WEBMVMT LLC ("Company") and the party set forth in the related Order ("Customer", “Client” or "you"), which is incorporated herein by reference (together with any subsequent Orders submitted by Customer, as each may be amended or modified in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the "Order"). This Agreement applies to Customer’s retention of the Company to develop a web site for the Company (the “Web Site”) and any other services ordered by Customer on the Order (collectively, the "Services").
