This agreement is issued under a U.S. Government grant and, therefore, the following provisions as contained in Appendix II of the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards; Final Rule (2 CFR Part 200, et al.) are part of this agreement. If any conflict arises between the following terms and conditions and any other provisions of this agreement, the terms and conditions stated below will prevail.
