THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between Allina Health System d/b/a Allina Health Emergency Medical Services, Hennepin County, City of Edina, City of Minneapolis, and Hennepin Healthcare System, Inc. (collectively, the “Parties”), which own and operate individual Public Safety Answering Points (“PSAPs”), and the Metropolitan Emergency Services Board (“MESB”).
