The Owner of real property located at ______________________________________________ agrees that, in consideration of the issuance of a Sign Permit pursuant to Zoning Code Section 18.77.030(B)(2), Owner, or successors and assigns, will relocate the Sign at Owner’s expense and at no expense to Pima County when notified that Pima County has determined that relocation of the Sign is necessary for additional right of way or when adjoining roadway improvements would necessitate relocation.
