Children’s Nursing Queensland provide independent and individualised care for paediatric clients with complex health and disability needs. All nursing staff at Children’s Nursing Queensland are registered Clinical Nurse Consultants and Stomal Therapists who have worked exclusively in paediatrics throughout their nursing careers. Stomal Therapists have received additional training to ensure they are qualified to provide continence care, stoma care, urology care and complex wound management, including the assessment and management of pressure injuries.
