This Alternative Work Schedule Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) must be used when management has determined that an employee may have a work schedule that deviates from the standard work schedule. This Agreement is not intended for employees with hybrid or remote arrangements; Hybrid and Remote Agreements must document the employee’s work schedule.
