This Alert Logic Services End User License Agreement ("EULA”) governs the use of Alert Logic services (the “Services”) by end users who have purchased the Services through an online authorized re-seller or promotion (“Reseller”) of Alert Logic, Inc. (“Alert Logic”). YOUR USE OF, AND/OR ACCESS TO, THE ALERT LOGIC SERVICES IS SUBJECT TO AND GOVERNED BY THIS EULA. END USER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CAREFULLY READING THIS EULA BEFORE ACCEPTING AND/OR ACCESSING OR USING ANY SERVICES OF ALERT LOGIC.
