This Intergovernmental Joint Cooperation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Board of Trustees of the Town of Lyons, a Colorado municipal corporation (“Town”) and the State of Colorado, acting through the Department of Local Affairs, Division of Housing (“DOH”) (collectively, the “Parties”), and shall be effective as of the date of mutual execution of the Parties (“Effective Date”).
