THIS CONSOLIDATION AGREEMENT, dated as of September 12, 2016 (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Eastside Food Cooperative, a Minnesota cooperative (“Eastside”), Linden Hills Community Cooperative, Inc., a Minnesota cooperative (“Linden Hills”), and Wedge Community Co-op, Inc., a Minnesota cooperative (“Wedge”) (collectively, the “Parties” and each separately a “Party”).
