CITY OF MILPITAS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTProfessional Services • August 19th, 2021 • California
This Agreement is made and entered into as of (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Milpitas, a municipal corporation organized and operating under the laws of the State of California with its principal place of business at 455 E. Calaveras Boulevard, Milpitas, California 95035 (“City”), and Echologics LLC, a corporation, with its principal place of business at 1200 Abernathy Road Suite 1200, Atlanta, GA 30328 (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”). City and Consultant are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties” in this Agreement.
