This Joint Stipulation of Settlement and Release (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Jaimie Quinby, Linda Gomes, and Eric Fontes (collectively the “Named Plaintiffs”), individually and on behalf of the Class Members (as hereinafter defined) they seek to represent (together with Named Plaintiffs, the “Plaintiffs”) and ULTA Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. (“ULTA” or “Defendant”) (together with Plaintiffs, the “Parties”).‌
