This End User Licence Agreement (the “EULA”) is a contract between the user of the SCORM Files (the “End User”) and the University of Tasmania (the “Licensor”) continued under the University of Tasmania Act 1992 (Tas) at 2 Churchill Avenue, Sandy Bay in Tasmania. The Licensor and the End User together shall be referred to as the “Parties” and individually shall be referred to as a “Party”.
