Company acknowledges Agent as their authorized sales representative for the products and services of the Company. During this term, it shall be understood that no employer-employee relationship between the parties and Agent acknowledges that he/she is an independent contractor. It shall be Agent's responsibility for filing and paying local, federal, and state taxes.
