This End-User License Agreement (this “EULA”) is a legal agreement between Licensee (“you” or “your”) and Zenlayer Inc (“Zenlayer” or “Licensor”), the author of Zenlayer Global SD-WAN, including all HTML files, XML files, Java files, graphics files, animationfiles, data files, technology, development tools, scripts and programs, both in object code andsource code (the “Software”), the deliverables provided pursuant to this EULA, which may include associated media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation. This copy of the Software and accompanying documentation is licensed and not sold.
