The regulation for the swiss+cotton trademark, dated September 20, 2016, forms an integral part of the licence agreement. Both parties are entitled to give three months notice to termi- nate this agreement with effect from the end of a calendar year. Notice must be given by reg- istered letter and is valid if it is sent on the last possible day by the person who gives notice (date as postmarked).
