This VPS Services Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between FXDD Mauritius. ("FXDD") with its principal place of business at C/o Axis Feduciary Ltd., 2nd Floor, The Axis, 26 Bank Street, Cybercity, Ebene 72201, Mauritius and "Customer and/or User" on the date on which Customer signs and dates the agreement ("Effective Date"). Both FXDD and Customer and/or User may be referred to herein individually as a "Party" and/or collectively as the "Parties."
