WHEREAS, Beond and Integral may wish to disclose certain proprietary, technical, commercial or personal information or data to each other, which each disclosing party desires the other to treat as confidential (the “Confidential Information”) for the purpose of providing outsourced business services and each party would not make such disclosure without the agreement of the other party to maintain confidentiality of such information. The party disclosing the information (“Disclosing Party”) may at its option disclose Confidential Information to the other party (“Receiving Party”). As used in this Agreement, the term “Confidential Information” shall mean technical, business, financial or personal data, software, business methods, patent disclosures, patent applications, structures, models, techniques, processes, compositions, formulas, inventions, schematics, and apparatus relating to the same disclosed by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party or obtained by the Receiving Party thr
