The use of ViziAdsTM for Advertisers is a contract between Adstream Australia Pty Ltd and the client who agrees to be bound by the terms of Adinfinity’s Master Subscription & Professional Services Agreement. Adinfinity Pty Ltd, ACN 154 149 676 an Australian Private Limited Company, having its principal place of business at Suite 2003, Level 20, 109 Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000, Australia (“Adinfinity”) here in set out the terms if the Master Subscription & Professional Services Agreement. All other Adstream Australia Pty Ltd standard terms and conditions apply.
