This Order Form is issued subject to the provisions of the framework agreement entered into between the Authority and the Supplier on 16 March 2012 ("Framework Agreement"). The Supplier agrees to supply the services specified below on and subject to the terms of this Contract and for the avoidance of doubt the Contract consists of the terms set out in this Order Form and the Call‑Off Terms, together with the schedules thereto.

The Supplier agrees to supply the Services specified below on and subject to the terms of this Contract and for the avoidance of doubt the Contract consists of the terms set out in this Part 1A Order Form (Relationship agreement for the provision of Temporary work-seekers) and the Call-Off Terms together with the Schedules thereto.

This Order Form is issued subject to the provisions of the framework agreement entered into between the Authority and the Supplier on 25 January 2010 (Management Consultancy and Accounting Services – Audit Assurance and Advice RM662/L13). The Supplier agrees to supply the services specified below, on and subject to the terms of the Contract, and for the avoidance of doubt the Contract consists of the terms set out in this Order Form, the Call-off Terms together with the schedules thereto, the Invitation to Tender, the Variant Tender, the Supplemental Schedule, the Contract Award Letter and the Framework Agreement. In the event of and only to the extent of any conflict between the documents constituting the Contract, the conflict shall be resolved in accordance with clause 1.2.8 of the Call-off Terms.
