Following the completion of the Proposed Disposal today, the board of directors of SHC Capital Asia Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that pursuant to the agreement of termination entered into on 31 July 2014 by SHCI and ACR, the Service Agreement has been terminated and has ceased to be legally binding or have any effect whatsoever with effect from today.
