Pursuant to GLO Contract No. 23-016-003 (“Contract”) between the General Land Office (the “GLO”) and the Veterans Land Board (collectively “the Board”) and Basic SDV, Inc. (“Contractor”), each a “Party” and collectively “the Parties,” Contractor is authorized to perform the services described herein, subject to the terms of this Job Order No. E340 (“Job Order”).
