This Independent Contractor Agreement (this "Agreement") is made effective as of August 28, 2013, by and between Sun Up Zero Down LLC, of 43 Meadow Circle, Mays Landing, New Jersey 08330, and Calvi Electric Company, of 14 S. California Ave, Atlantic City, New Jersey 08401. In this Agreement, the party who is contracting to receive the services shall be referred to as "Sun Up Zero Down", and the party who will be providing the services shall be referred to as "Calvi".
