United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Master and GoldenGate Unlimited License Agreement (ULA) Overview
Unlimited License Agreement • March 22nd, 2016

An Oracle Unlimited License Agreement (ULA) is an arrangement in which an enterprise pays a single up-front fee for licenses. A growth chart is developed between the end user, Oracle sales and DLT to estimate usage of products over the term of the ULA (2-5 years). This includes a buffer. At the end of the term, customers must count and declare usage to Oracle (or “certify”), and are granted that number of licenses for the products covered by the ULA.
