THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and dated to be effective this day of , 2014 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the TOWN OF PAGOSA SPRINGS, a home-rule municipality of the State of Colorado, (“Town”), ARCHULETA COUNTY (“County”)(Town and County hereafter referred to collectively as “Licensor”) and CAP Cable dba USA COMMUNICATIONS, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company (“Licensee”). Licensor and Licensee are sometimes hereinafter collectively referred to as the Parties and singularly referred to as a Party.
